It just ended, not even a “Thank you, that’s all” like when you use the voice assistant calling a pharmacy or bank. I really wish they had run this through a focus or test focus or test group before releasing it. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2023-05-20* I would have given a zero rating if that was possible. Biggest waste of time trying to get this done. I will be contacting my insurance company in the morning and give my feedback. The app constantly crashes. It crashes as soon as you’re going to submit things. The link will expire immediately after it crashes and you’ll have to start the process of getting a new link all over again. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-04-15, version 1.27.2* Glitchy Trash. Delete this app and try making it again ### 1/5 — Nothing more than a virus *2023-04-14* In order to process a claim they have you click on a link they send you to install this little bugger on your phone. But it doesn’t install anything more than a link to their servers, like a virus, that you grant permission to access your camera and photos, then if it crashes which it does when their servers are down, you have to go back to the link again. You can’t click on the app icon it installs, that just has you delete the id you created and start over! And it crashes whenever their servers are down, so there is no app because it can’t work without being connected to them. It’s just made to look like an app, it’s really just an email or messaging link. And it’s useless. Apple should remove this from the App Store and ban this company. ### 1/5 — Designed to fail *2023-04-14* This app is so poorly made it’s nearly impossible, if not impossible, to file a claim (i still haven’t been able to). I will be switching my policies away from Liberty Mutual this week. Wasted time to upload pics for it to crash and could not log back into my account. Insurance companies use someone else please ### 1/5 — Continual Freezing *2023-02-01, version 1.26.4* The app constantly kept freezing, and kicking me off the app, it took me 7 times of climbing up the tire of truck to get the pictures they needed, which then resulted in a twisted knee. I have no idea why the insurance companies use this app when it doesn’t even want to work ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2023-01-20, version 1.26.3* Spent a fair amount of time taking pictures of my car for a claim. At the end, it asked for a survey, which I clicked ‘skip’. The app closed. If I now open it all the pictures are gone and the ONLY button showing is “this will delete your account”. Doesn't even work. This is the first time and might be the last time. I will be changing insurance just from how bad this experience was. App requires access to all of your photos even location. If you’re doing business in the entire US, you need to be open across time zones especially for critical things like a windshield claim. I have no idea if the pictures worked. Or if it actually uploaded. Can’t log back in despite creating an account - says if you continue everything will be deleted. Most frustrating garbage app I’ve ever had the misfortune to be forced to use. Did the survey but I’m sure that’s a waste of time. Clearly they don’t care about providing a quality service. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-07-21* The app crashes when you try and put in a review at the end. Customer service is horrible and no one can help. Extremely disappointed that Usaa has me go through safelite then to this app and they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been on the phone with them 3 times and yes I got 3 different answers and all they do is send you back to Usaa which sends you back to safelite then Back to them! HORRIBLE! Tyler gave me wrong info and Monica is extremely rude! I am disabled and I have a truck, it’s 118 degrees outside and they want to climb up on the truck with a dollar bill to take a pic of my crack! Wtg yall! Wonder why y’all only have one star reviews? ### 1/5 — The worst iOS app *2023-07-05* the worst application that exists on iOS the application will give you an error at the end of doing everything it asks you to do it is a disgrace that Geico uses this company to do this process with an inefficient system on their part. the application will end up giving you a headache and will provide an email indicating that your information will be deleted so that you cannot make the claim ### 1/5 — This App is no good and buggy as heck *2023-06-26, version 1.28* I downloaded the app and it kept crashing and freezing up. Instructions were pretty clear as long as you know how to listen. The only time it “crashed” was at the end after I put in my review. Then I just called to verify that my pictures were submitted and they were. Pretty easy so far.
