### 5/5 — Early in for me but very good

Back in the day I used to play Mob Wars on Facebook as well as a similar one with pirates and selling ships, so I am no stranger to the click based format. I love the Deus Ex series and Arc Runner, so the cyberpunk theme is right up my alley. It’s not pay to win at all, and the things you can buy are limited and offer some utility but don’t create any unfair advantages for free players. I plan to buy the Founder pack to support development and I’m very hyped for phase 2.

**Developer response:** Thanks Daniel!

This one meant a lot to me. Mob Wars is exactly the lineage Neural Syndicate comes from, so hearing that from someone who played the originals is the best type of review I could ask for.

Not being pay-to-win wasn't a launch promise, it's a permanent rule of mine for this game: Synth Marks will only ever buy cosmetics and heat cooldowns, never stats, gear, or progression. That holds through every future update.

Phase 2 is coming, and it's being built around what players actually do in the game rather than guesses, which is why it's not rushing out the door just yet.

The Founder Pack helps a solo dev like myself keep the lights on while that happens, so thank you for even considering it. I truly appreciate it.

See you in the sprawl!
