Ich würde mir einen FAQ Bereich wünschen oder eine Möglichkeit Fragen zu stellen. Wann macht welche Übung am meisten Sinn, wie lange sollte man üben und wie oft. Die Erklärungen sind teils ungenau oder missverständlich. 
Also weitermachen 🙏👍🏻
