My son has PDA level 1 autism and we got a diagnosis 6 months ago. He’s always had emotional regulation problems but recently it got worse, which led us to a diagnosis. I have been struggling with what to do and came across this app one night. Every time something happened with my son I put it into the app and it understood my son so quickly. It determined “I’m hungry” means his nervous system is struggling. I just kept trying to feed him whenever he said “I’m hungry”. After the apps insights, I already see changes in me and him.
