I had reach out to customer services with the false alarm issues and no one ever responded. As mention the thought of the product is super exciting but this is far from worry free. Also, the tablet provided is a super cheap lernovo who’s battery is already faulty just 3 months after purchase. ### 5/5 — So exciting! *2022-11-19, version 1.3.3* My sons neurologist told me about Neureka and I waited patiently for the ring to coordinate with the app. Well it was well worth it! My son sleeps with a toe pulse ox every night and I just don’t feel the reading is right. Well I was right. The reading is better on the ring! And the data is easily seen in the app and I am alerted and so is my sons father who lives in another house. I can now log everything in one place and print it to bring to the neurology appt like I’m doing this Wednesday! So excited. And can’t wait to see where this goes from here with seizure detection in the future!
