This isn’t worth $40!!!! 12.99 at the most!

**Developer response:** Sorry this app is expensive for you. The reason for the high cost is because the development of this content is undertaken by healthcare professionals who are experts in their fields. The content in this app represents years of work to assure accuracy and efficacy for patients.  Also, to be fair to our users, the price of the content in app format is the same as the price of the physical book with the same content.
