## What is Neuro Training?

Neuro Training is a free offline catalog of game-based movement and sensory activities for children ages 4–10 and adults 60+.

Short 4–7 minute sessions are intended for practicing coordination, balance, attention, reaction time, memory, fine motor skills, movement accuracy, and coordinated use of both sides of the body.

ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN
