## What is NeuroFlex?

Most workout apps hand you a generic plan and hope you own the right equipment. NeuroFlex does the opposite: point your camera at your space and it identifies what's actually there, then builds a workout around it.

SCAN YOUR SPACE
Open the camera on your gym, home setup, garage, hotel gym, or a park. NeuroFlex detects the equipment in frame (dumbbells, barbell, bench, rack, bands and more) and programs around exactly what you have. Nothing but you and the floor? It builds a bodyweight session. Prefer to skip the photo? Add your equipment by hand in seconds.

BUILT AROUND YOU
Tell NeuroFlex your height, weight, fitness level (Beginner to Athlete), and primary goal: build muscle, build strength, lose weight, improve endurance, or maintain fitness. Have limitations or past injuries? Switch them on and NeuroFlex adapts (lower back, knee, shoulder, wrist, hip and more) plus adjustments like low-impact only, extra mobility, slower tempo, balance and stability, or seated options. It trains around you, not the other way around.

YOUR WORKOUT, YOUR WAY
● Plan types: Straight Sets, Supersets, Circuits, HIIT, Pyramids, Drop Sets, EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata and more
● Target anything: full body, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, or a single muscle group
● Dial in each session: duration, sets, rest, warm-up and cool-down, timer sounds
● Schedule 3-4 days a week with automatic rest days
TRACK REAL PROGRESS
NeuroFlex remembers what you trained, balances your muscle groups over time, and adjusts recommendations. Run a Full Evaluation to benchmark your fitness against reference norms and watch it climb month over month.

A COACH IN YOUR POCKET
Not sure what an EMOM or a superset is? Ask AI, right inside the app, for guidance, form tips, and answers whenever you need them.

WHY NEUROFLEX
● Works anywhere: home, gym, travel, outdoors
● No wearable required
● Adjusts when you miss a week
● Great for getting started, breaking plateaus, or easing back in after time off
Start with a scan. Get your first workout in about a minute.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.16 — 2026-08-22

Thanks for using NeuroFlex! This update makes your workouts smarter and adds new subscription options:

• Your injury and limitation notes are now followed exactly as you write them — an old, healed injury won't turn your whole workout into seated exercises anymore.
• Smarter workout generation is back — a behind-the-scenes issue was quietly making workouts less personalized, and it's now fixed.
• Yearly subscriptions are here! Save with annual plans, and switch between monthly and yearly anytime.
• Single Pass workouts now fit your time — no more 13 exercises squeezed into a 20-minute session.
• Fixed the workout timer disappearing when you rotate your phone to landscape.
• Fixed the results button after finishing a Full Evaluation — tap it to review your report anytime.
• Clearer AI settings, so you can see exactly which options are active.
• We've updated our health and safety notice — you'll be asked to review and agree once.
• Various other fixes, tweaks, and improvements.

### 1.14 — 2026-08-11

Thanks for using NeuroFlex! This update is packed with improvements to your timers, Natty, and fitness evaluations:

- Re-added Natty marketing.
- Updated the URL for natty.info (which still redirects to natty-health).
- Fixed timer display in landscape mode.
- Fixed the extraneous "rate this workout" button for the evaluation.

Various other fixes, tweaks, and improvements.

### 1.13 — 2026-08-05

- iPad now uses a proper side-by-side layout, just like on Mac — no more scrolling through tabs at the top.
- New "Reset Skipped Exercises" button in Workout settings, so you can easily bring back any exercises you've skipped.
- Fixed workouts being overly cautious — a minor or long-healed injury no longer turns everything into seated exercises.
- Fixed a mix-up where mentioning one injury (like a shoulder) could swap out unrelated exercises (like a treadmill walk).
- Fixed countdown timer numbers getting clipped when using larger text sizes.
- Rest days now show up clearly, and you can still choose to generate a workout anyway.
- Various other fixes, tweaks, and improvements.

Known issue, fixed in the next version: - Workouts will do a better job spreading the load across your muscles, primary and support, so you'll see more variety in the equipment and exercises you get (including gear like the TRX that used to show up rarely).

### 1.1 — 2026-07-28

v1.1 (40)
- Removed Natty references until the cross-promotion is ready.

v1.1 (39)
- iPad now uses a proper side-by-side layout (like the Mac) instead of the scrolling top tabs.
- New "Reset Skipped Exercises" button in Workout settings to bring back exercises you've skipped.
- Fixed exercise restrictions being too restrictive (e.g. becoming all-seated because of a old and minor foot injury).
- Fixed exercise restrictions keying off of instructions instead of the exercise.
-- For example: having indicated a shoulder injury would replace treadmill walking because of "... head high, shoulders back..."
- Fixed the countdown timer numbers being clipped by the ring when large text was being used.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-23

No release notes.
