Since a young age I’ve always struggled with staying mentally locked in during big time moments and long seasons. This app focuses on the mind and trains you for those big moments by breathing exercises and visual training. The impact this app has on my performance is a lot greater then I have imagined after using it this spring. Very grateful for the opportunity this presents for athletes to get better off the court. Highly recommended!!
