This is after the support told me to log out and log back in. I’ve also deleted the app and reinstalled and the problem still continues. For the price of the fee, I’d expect more seamless experience. ### 2/5 — Not working right anymore *2026-02-26, version 1.2.3* It’s an amazing app, that has helped me level up in my career, and inspired ideas and changes in my personal life, but it hasn’t been working right for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I can only access about 30 % of the Innercises. Very disappointing. Please fix it! 👍🏼 ### 2/5 — Soulless AI scripts compared to older Innercises *2026-01-17, version 1.2.3* These Innercises feel so sterile and soulless compared to the NeuroGym “Winning The Game Of…” program included Innercises that were real and told stories and used an audio feedback technology that they said stimulates some type of brain activity. It makes me input my name each time I open the app and wants me to start at the beginning. That’s annoying. It also can’t seem to track my total time spent on the meditations. It is inherent on us to do the work to live that better life and meet that better version of ourselves. Using inner size daily or at least weekly can help you achieve that goal. Don’t you want to see how great your life can be? If so, I suggest you continue to inner size and continue to seek out your best view. This is one of the better paths to help you get there. The support has not been supportive and keeps asking me to log out install and reinstall and the issue is still not fixed. I’d expect a better tech set up for an app that charges premium and I am still without refund. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2026-06-05, version 2.0* I paid $250 for life time membership so I wouldn’t have to pay every single month. Well it was nice when it lasted. They Fire-walled everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. Without paying for an upgrade I get zilch. I can’t even see the free programs to pick & when I do find something thru word search and try watching the “free” ones I get an error message that says Invalid token. No phone # on the website and automated boilerplate replies tell you that this organization is heavy on sales. Sounds exciting at first. Then you realize it’s not just sales hype - it’s all hype. Even the positive reviews have the flavor of hype. I have always felt peace and clarity and focus after running through a programme or two and it sets me ip for the day. Johns voice has the rare qualities of authority, calm and authenticity.
