### 2/5 — Partly functional

*2026-04-13, version 1.0.34*

I found the information on the page was only partly visible and the scroll bar wouldn’t scroll to the end of the page to check all the boxes I needed to. I will delete the app as that just adds to my current situation

### 3/5 — It’s nice to feel seen - or it would have been

*2026-02-20, version 1.0.34*

A lot of people with chronic pain or autoimmune disorders have cognitive impairments related to their diagnosis. Come to think of it, I’ve heard the same about cancer survivors for years (or forever) after chemotherapy. I’m seeking help with a form of that known as “fibro fog”. I just set up my first task, cleaning the living room - that’s the project that has been top of my list for the last three months. I told the AI to double the time estimates and it did - that’s great! …But I’m still a long ways away from having a list that looks realistic or doable. If that sounds like an impossible situation, well, it is, but I think that it’s within reach for the intake questionnaire to accommodate people in my situation. Ask some version of “preferred Pomodoro intervals” (for me, that’s 45 minutes of rest for every 15 minutes of work) and “number of Pomodoros per day” (for me, 2). That means that, for me, cleaning the living room is actually four tasks spread out over two days - tidy, dust (dry), clean (wet), and vacuum/sweep. If I could do that much, I’d still be in an impossible situation, but I would also be way better off than I am right now.

### 3/5 — Disappointed

*2026-02-15, version 1.0.34*

I loved this app when I first got it but now when I have the ai “pick a task” for me, it only chooses the most recent task I added. Also if I want to skip a task, it just doesn’t and stays on the same task. Might cancel my subscription if this isn’t fixed soon.

### 4/5 — Need of Update

*2025-12-18*

This app has benefited me a lot. But it needs update now.

### 2/5 — Work in Progress Without Progress

*2025-11-15, version 1.0.33*

It a decent basic app, but it has been promising new features and new insights for a long time that haven’t appeared. I understand it’s probably a one person dev team, but I’ve paid for pro for a year waiting for the promised new features that never came.

### 2/5 — Needs Work

*2025-11-13, version 1.0.33*

The idea behind this app is good but it needs some work. For example, you cannot sync across devices, so your lists are device specific. Additionally, it asks you to pay each time you download it (although Apple only counts 1 subscription, so just look for the cheapest offer because they vary).

Overall, it has potential but it just needs to work out the kinks before it can be a good app. I would consider maybe looking at other popular productivity apps (e.g. Structured) and seeing what they do.

### 3/5 — Tiimo Copy

*2025-11-04, version 1.0.33*

This app feels like a copy of the Tiimo app, another ADHD focused AI to-do app except it has less features and a poorer privacy policy.

### 5/5 — Love the AI subtasks!

*2025-10-01, version 1.0.32*

I have just started using the yearly subscription after using the free version.
I am thrilled with it. The breaking down of each tasks by AI is beneficial to me. I would be able to do that on my own but it would just be another task to do before I would be able to complete my tasks list. This AI does it for me! And it makes suggestion that I would not have remembered to think about. So for me, with my anxiety paralysis, this was a big deal. Love it! Thank you, developer!!

### 5/5 — Barebones but super helpful

*2025-09-16, version 1.0.32*

I have adhd and autism and breaking down tasks is a struggle for me and a barrier to starting them. I have tried goblin tools but it just doesn’t do as good as this app does at really breaking stuff down without being redundant. Even though it’s still a super simple app with not a lot of features, I got the pro version to try out for a month to see how it goes. I just started using it but it’s super helpful so far! I love that it lets you do a task timer and I am hoping that will not only show me how long the tasks actually take me, but allow for the AI to adjust as well!

### 5/5 — Excellent strategy for executive disfunction.

*2025-08-22, version 1.0.32*

Outstanding way to break down large projects into manageable chunks and estimate timelines. The additional functions that add routine and reminders make it even more helpful. I’m grateful for this app!

### 4/5 — Great! One suggestion

*2025-08-19, version 1.0.32*

I like this app a lot so far. I have moderate ADHD and really struggle with time management, so an app that focuses on timing is very helpful. I’m also using the free version and haven’t run into any paywalls yet, so that’s nice.
My one suggestion would be to be able to add tasks WITHOUT subtasks- I know subtasks are kind of the point of the app, but for me, something simple like “unload dishwasher” doesn’t need them.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unable to try without trial registration

*2026-05-27, version 1.0.35*

This app takes you through a long Q&A assessment to share personal information, and then requires a trial period with payment info before you can add any tasks. With the high risk of financial fraud & abuse, I’m not willing to risk that without having the opportunity to see if the app would work for me.

### 1/5 — Will stealth bill you

*2026-02-16, version 1.0.34*

Literally says it reminds before billing That IS A LIE

### 1/5 — Stop pretending your app is free

*2025-12-09, version 1.0.33*

I need apps to make it clear from the start that they only have paid features stop wasting 15 mins of my time setting up an app I won’t even use. I actually would of been willing to pay to use if the app wasn’t deceptive

### 1/5 — Could Be Good But Needs Work

*2025-11-10, version 1.0.33*

It’s completely jacked up my calendar and I can’t get it off my calendar. I deleted the account, I think, but it still didn’t get rid of all the junk. The tasks are enough, all the sub tasks are annoying. It just clutters everything up. And it doesn’t let you create to do lists. It doesn’t let you work on just one day, but adds to like everyday. Idk. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but it’s a bad app. I’m so blessed that I didn’t buy one of those exceptionally expensive subscriptions, without trying it first. I don’t comprehend how there are so many great reviews. Surely you can do better. I’m sorry, I wish I could give a better review. Please help me fix my calendar and maybe I’ll be able to update this review a little.

### 1/5 — Begs for a review within seconds

*2025-10-26, version 1.0.33*

Within 5 seconds of opening the app - please leave a review! How? I’ve not even been able to use the app yet let allow judge it. Instantly turned me away before considering the paywall.

### 1/5 — Scrolling issues

*2025-10-18, version 1.0.32*

Can’t scroll down on certain screens. I have an iPhone 16 so this shouldn’t be an issue.

### 1/5 — Impossible to use

*2025-10-16, version 1.0.32*

Bad formatting. Can’t scroll down far enough to answer the questions.

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2025-09-14, version 1.0.32*

Not working for me. I set up a personal task and couldn’t get back to the hardcoded tasks that come with it. No tutorial. Hard to use unless they get rid of the bugs.

### 1/5 — Disappointed: encourages self-pity

*2025-08-27, version 1.0.32*

This app seems to victimize those with ADHD by encouraging self-pity. I love that I have ADHD, and I got this app because I wanted a planner, not a calendar. I was disappointed, as the imagery and statements seemed to encourage self-pity rather than empowerment. It didn’t work for me personally.

### 1/5 — Don’t buy

*2025-08-09, version 1.0.32*

Doesn’t work

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple & Easy

*2026-06-12, version 1.0.35*

You can either do it your self or get AI to create your list of task needed, no over thinning required.

### 5/5 — Change try and find

*2026-01-01, version 1.0.33*

Looks a helpful AI

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-12-18, version 1.0.33*

Love it but it would be grate if you guys could make it so that we can copy tasks. It’s not that convenient to have to add the same things every day for people with ADHD who are trying to have some actual sort of routines.

### 5/5 — It is so wonderful

*2025-11-30, version 1.0.33*

I love that the AI in this Neurolist app can create such a fantastic morning very detailed routine step by step which will be very easy to follow. It is intuitive and incredibly helpful. Also for each task you can choose the level of how difficult you find it from easy, medium to hard so the AI knows how to create it for you. Harder you find it, more detailed task it creates so it wouldn’t be overwhelming anymore. And it is colourfully cheerful with emojis so not just a plain boring list but visually very attractive. Love it.

### 5/5 — Extraordinaire

*2025-11-22*

Extraordinaire, on rentre une tache et il nous détaille le plan pour le faire en mini tache c’est vraiment génial. TDAH .

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2025-11-11, version 1.0.33*

I don’t normally write reviews, but this app helps me conquer task paralysis (bipolar/schizo and all that implies lol). Thank you for helping me get out of bed! That’s a hard thing to do. 😅

### 5/5 — Easy and fast

*2025-11-09*

I like the flow I get, everything is get done just by simply looking and to push further you can have the Pomo focus

### 5/5 — Versão de teste me cobrou

*2025-11-04*

Eu baixei e aceitei a oferta para testar a versão premium, mas ela me cobrou na hora, seria possível fazer o reembolso?

### 5/5 — Worth the subscription

*2025-10-31, version 1.0.33*

Wow I am amazing at this app. It utilizes AI to help me come up with the substeps on my projects. It’s extremely easy to use and helpful. Thank you for making this app. I’m neurodivergent and am thankful for finding this.

### 5/5 — Worth trying for a year

*2025-10-16, version 1.0.32*

I have downloaded so many ADHD and neurological apps to help me create some sort of habit and routine. All are the same, so far it seems similar except this one has a timer and a voice reminder. I just downloaded it and it hasn’t been a day, but compared to all the other apps is the price. I’m willing to pay $20 for a year to give it a chance most are over $50 for a year. For me the price is worth giving it a chance. So thanks!!!
