The website says an error occurred, and the app has no way to begin whatever needs to be initiated either.

I’m having trouble with app taking my password. I tried several times.

The app requires you to create an account, then asks you a gazillion survey questions, then conducts a lengthy hearing test, and THEN tells you that you have to have a clinician code to use the app!!  How about state that up front so as not to waste people’s time not knowing that little tidbit?  Super irritating!  1 star.

Not a cure does okay for masking tinnitus I use this for over 26 weeks that first didn’t get much benefit however they improved and added more sounds which had more beneficial support. However they maintenance program is an absolute waste. I don’t recommend it.
