When you find one , it probably won’t work. But both times I’ve used it I’ve had to spend 10-20 extra minutes ending my ride over and over. Often requires help from an agent. Meaning I’m charged for more time than I was actually riding. I wish it wasn’t as expensive. But no scooters available. Also there is no option for a group ride on the app. I had to make a new account and when I would Google how to do a group ride they would all give me outdated responses. But then it said no helmet detected and that I would be charged $50 for it, while also charging me for the ride that I didn’t take. I went to customer service in the app. After dealing with a really basic AI that didn’t understand the problem for 10 minutes, I finally got onto a human who refunded the ride. But it took 30 minutes for them to give a clear confirmation as to whether I would be charged $50 for the helmet (which was still attached to the scooter).
