Such as don’t sign users out! It don’t require an update, just suggest it. ### 2/5 — No Consumer Testing *2025-12-15* Really unfortunate, this product could be wonderful but clearly the company did zero work in the user interface/usability of their product. From little design flaws, such as the helmets size adjustment being inaccessible when actually wearing the helmet, to larger software issues, such as my account getting repeatedly reset and all of my custom programs lost, this product is a disappointment. This app should automatically connect to that helmet whenever it detects it. It doesn’t. Further, this app requires an account registration that provides no value to the helmet user and no actual value to Neuronic. But wait - there’s more! It requires an Internet connection when it should only use Bluetooth or NFC. Why would you ever was to control your helmet from across the country? Why would you ever want someone else to control your helmet from across the country? This is a security issue- which can have health consequences for medical devices like this. It does let you define your own programs for the helmet. ### 5/5 — Awesome Update! *2025-08-25, version 1.15.3* Love the new update with added Steps! This helmet is an integral part of our healing journey from long covid. Excellent service from start to finish. The app is generally easy to use, with the presets, but while the device is in use, it doesn’t allow the user to explore the app further. And there is VERY little info or explanation on what each preset actually accomplishes. Thank you for being part of this journey with us! - Neuronic Team ### 5/5 — Amazing product *2025-03-12, version 1.13.20* Very aesthetically pleasing ### 2/5 — Still has connection issues *2025-03-11* Major disconnect / unable to connect issue seems resolved in the latest release, but once I start a program I am told the helmet is disconnected in the app (at least it does this when the app is backgrounded, I didn’t test keeping app in focus but who’s going to do that anyway?)… and only once the program is done (heard from beeps on the actual helmet), can I see if it is really disconnected or not. Please improve this all around. Other suggestions: 1) helmet connection status indicator should always be visible in the app. And tapping it should go to helmet connection screen/setting. 2) ability to string together multiple programs in sequence. Eg I want 1 click to do Glow, and then my custom programs 1 and 2 (three programs total). Currently I have to initiate each separately. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your review.
