### 4/5 — Need to start over trial

*2021-04-02, version 2.9.1*

AppRun smoothly however, I cannot reset the date in which to start the use to log my skin care over. I had to buy the products and give time for shipping and now it showing a lot of days as incomplete but I just didn’t have the products yet and I can’t figure out how to start it over which kind of defeats the whole point of the eight week trial so that is frustrating. Everything else though it’s been great but the purpose of it is to track it up for eight weeks and it has me listed as incomplete for first week because of that

### 4/5 — Cool concept

*2020-11-13, version 2.7.1*

I found it exciting that it could scan my face, and determine my “problem” areas. The area I wanted to focus on wasn’t an option, and they recommended to focus elsewhere. It is a Neutrogena application, so yes they only allow Neutrogena products as part of the routine. Cool concept and probably works well for others, but I’m not sure that I’ll continue to utilize this application.

### 4/5 — Great concept needs help with tech issues.

*2020-10-07, version 2.6.0*

Overall, I like that neutrogena skin360 app. I felt it was a great concept in helping me to understand my skin and the skin care software was very advanced. It allowed me to truly see what I need to do and use to take care of my skin. My only issue that I found, was the fact that I kept having to login every time. The app did not store my logon information like it said it would on my phone, so I had to keep logging in. That part was very frustrating.

### 4/5 — Great App!!!

*2020-10-06, version 2.6.0*

Love the app. Previously we have to buy a separate scanner but now it is in our cell phone. So Yay!! Best part of the app is its AI assistant NAIA. So, I will definitely continue to use it and maintain my skin routine. It is a good app which tells about your facial skin health, about dark spots , fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles etc and NAIA helps you by giving natural remedies for it and assist you to maintain skin care routine and getting high score on the scale of 1 to 100. So definitely recommend it to my friends and near ones. Overall a good app. Good thing is I can set my skin care routine and also can edit recommended routine as well. Skin analyzing part is my favorite and interesting. Thumbs up for the app!!!

### 4/5 — Yes, definitely recommend

*2020-10-06, version 2.6.0*

I thought it was a great app. It allowed for more personalized face products to the Neutrogena brand and that was incredibly helpful when you are not very familiar, or only slightly familiar , with the Neutrogena brand. The product that I ended up using my coupon on so far I have been incredibly satisfied .

I received this complimentary for testing purposes.

### 4/5 — Happy and confident

*2020-10-06, version 2.6.0*

I have tried Neutrogena skin360 app and actually got very pleasantly surprised with its content. I was able to track my skin progress as well as get recommendations that targeted my skin needs. I definitely recommend to everyone specially young people that don’t have a lot of experience or are beginning to treat their skin because skin360 definitely helps. The only down side is that you don’t get much feedback when adding you own skincare products from other brands as they do when you use their products

### 4/5 — Good app

*2020-10-02, version 2.6.0*

The Neutrogena Skin360 app is good app to highlight and discover any skin issues that you may have. The Skin/face scan is really innovative and spot on in identifying problem areas. The app does get a little busy with all of the different entries such as routine, sleep, activity, etc. However, if you are really interested in getting better skin and willing to stay consistent, this app would be a good tool.

### 3/5 — Needs Improvement

*2020-10-02, version 2.6.0*

The Neutrogena Skin360 app has a great idea overall. But I didn't find it of much use. It lacks many things. People already have too many apps and this one just isn't good enough to remember to open it everyday. It needs push notifications. It would be nice if it reminded me of my skincare routine when I haven't clicked "completed" on my log for the day. I am just too busy to remember to open an app that isn't of importance. I don't want to chat with a computer everyday. I think the chat option should be only if we asked a question. I didn't enjoy opening the app and finding messages of things I didn't ask for. I did like the concept of having a log with a detailed skincare routine that is designed to help my skin. I just think some stuff needs to be worked on.

### 3/5 — 360TM Review

*2020-10-02, version 2.6.0*

In the age of telehealth/telederm this is a great concept however for a user that does not have an active skincare routine or work with an esthetician that caters their skincare around their concerns this can be overwhelming. Also I didn’t really find that there was consistency in the overall rating from day to day and that my score fluctuated wildly. That did not give me a vote of confidence when using the app as I felt it did not recognize my features correctly.

### 4/5 — Easy to navigate and informative!

*2020-10-02, version 2.6.0*

recommending me products. The app was very easy to navigate and I did not ever get confused on what I was supposed to click on next. It was all very clean looking and helpful throughout the entire thing. I really loved the personalized skin care routine that was provided to me. It was easy to see all of the different products that I needed and I loved the option to buy it right there in the app or even mark that I already own it. The skin analysis was also very helpful. It was interesting to see what concerns I need to be paying attention to.

### 4/5 — Good but needs work

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I overall like the app. I like all the features. I like that you check in and there is a coach. I didnt like the skincare routine it made up for me. I feel like I have a better skincare routine than the one it recommended for me. I do like that you take a picture and it rates your skin. That part is really interesting. I think that the logging of your skincare routine could be easier that they could make it ask questions like DID you cleanse today? yes or no. Also what about the extra stuff we as women do for our faces such as weekly masks. It doesnt take into account that. I think app needs a little more work to become a little more user friendly. I would gladly log everyday if it was super easy. I overall like the concept and like the app. Just a busy person that wants it to be super easy to use.

### 4/5 — SURPRISINGLY AMAZING!

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I love the fact that when I scan my face and actually highlighted some spots and issues I didn’t think it would. Also shed some light on why some of my issues are coming in the first place. I do happen to use a combination of Neutrogena products with other products, so the only downfall I would say is that it doesn’t include the details of other products when you mix them into your daily routine!

### 4/5 — Good app to jdge / improve your skin

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I really enjoyed this app, especially the skin scanning and grading function. It was great to see the progress your skin has over the weeks. I had only one minor issue, it was a little bit hard at times to navigate through the app to find the function you were searching for. I would recommend it to everyone to try it.

### 4/5 — Worth a try.

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I really loved the picture aspect of the app and it being able to show you your trouble areas. There was a lot to read just getting introduced into the app, for me personally I skipped a few of the text boxes because they were pretty long. I liked the routine area and the fact that you can put in the products that you are already using, that’s pretty cool.

### 4/5 — Lengthy Setup, Great Results

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I was kind of skeptical about what this app was going to provide, but after using it, I really enjoyed it. The setup process was a little lengthy, but the scanning was simple and informative. Once you go through the hoops of putting in all your skin care, the app is extremely simple to use and helps a lot. Just in the week of using it I can see a difference in my skin myself and in the app. I’m definitely going to be upgrading my skin care and continuing to use this app to help keep making my skin better. I would definitely recommend this app, just with the forewarning that setup is going to be a pretty lengthy process.

### 4/5 — Nice face scanning tool

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

The face scanning was great. It checks for positioning and lighting to help get a useful photo. I liked learning about the problem areas on my face and being able to compare my face and score between the days. But the recommendations on routine and products that came after that were not very helpful.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app is awful

*2022-03-13, version 2.15.0*

It has potential but the bugs needs to be worked. I tried to register, it says I’m already registered which I didn’t think was weird considering I purchase all my Neutrogena products on their website. I tried to log in it says unable to login with information provided, fine so I change my password & it’s still not working. Tried several times to get in because the app seems very informative & helpful but I gave up trying. 🙁

### 1/5 — App won’t let me log in

*2022-01-08, version 2.14.0*

Downloaded app for first time today after using the website. App said I already had an account set up when I tried to set up my account, but I had only provided my email for skin care results on website and never chose a password. So hit forgot password and created new password then tried to log into app and kept getting an error that my info was incorrect! Not worth the hassle!

### 1/5 — This app doesn’t really do anything…

*2021-11-09, version 2.14.0*

I downloaded this looking for some insight on building a better skin care routine, I use a lot of Neutrogena products so I thought this would be kind of nice to get and maybe have it recommend certain products to me, which it did just not how I expected. It takes some photos of your skin before you start, I don’t have that great of skin, yet after taking the photos it tells me my skin is “great” and shows it at the high end of the rating bar, makes no sense as I’m loaded with acne very visibly. They just don’t support a lot of their own products on this app, it’s like they only push a handful of what they have on the market here and it doesn’t recommend most products when you put together a daily routine. I’d much rather have the option of doing it day by day to use certain products on certain days. Needs work here, I really felt like I wasted my time and gave you pictures of my acne for no reason.

### 1/5 — Impossible to scan outer eye

*2019-01-08, version 1.6*

After scanning my forehead without any problem, it was impossible to get the outer eye scan. I tried everything. I cleaned my phone, the scanner, my skin, I pressed softly, I tried harder... I spent an hour trying to get this scan... never happened. If at least I could skip the scan and move to the cheek area... but nope! I am just stuck with a message saying that I should try again staying still and pressing softly... I couldn’t move less... very disappointed! And now I have to pay for the shipping fees for a refund :s

### 2/5 — Neutrogena Skin360 Review

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I really liked the thought behind the app. It provides users with a skin care routine that helps them meet their skin care wants or needs. It also recommended products to help ensure you meet those needs and gave you the opportunity to input your in. With that being said, what I found difficult about the app was a way to check off the steps in my skin care routine that were completed to be tracked. After several tries, I still could not figure out how to make that portion of the app usable.

### 2/5 — Ok

*2020-05-18, version 2.2.0*

I like how I could analyze my face with the scanner but I would like to look at my pervious pictures from the same day to see how my face changes throughout the day. On the routines, I could only add three products and on the main view, there isn’t specifics about the products. I also can’t change how much I’ve slept that night because due to the information that they provide through AI message, sleep is one of the major causes of most health problems (same problem for the exercise and stress levels). I enjoy the scan score and the scanning system.

### 2/5 — Like the idea; Difficult to personalize

*2020-02-04, version 2.0.1*

I thought this app was a great idea when I first heard about it, but am finding it very difficult to personalize after using it for a couple days. While it is possible to add products from different brands for your daily routine, you can only select 3 products each for morning and night. I’m pretty low-maintenance and even I use 4 products in the mornings (cleanser, moisturizer, eye cream, sunscreen); it is a little frustrating that I’m not able to capture my actual routine, and therefore won’t get the best results.

### 3/5 — Lots of bugs and inconsistent readings

*2021-01-12, version 2.8.0*

The app has frozen twice now when trying to input products that aren’t in the prepopulated selections. When that happens all of your info disappears. First scan gave me different results than the second. Same light same spot, so that raises questions about accuracy. Seems like a cool idea but more likely just a sales and spam tool.

### 3/5 — Needs some tweaking

*2020-10-05, version 2.6.0*

I love the concept, I love that it recommends products based on your needs and allows you to add your own so you’re not restricted to neutrogena products. However, it needs improvement. The initial score is easy to get but to do follow up ones it’s an issue because to access everything you need to complete the set of recommendations before you can navigate the app freely. Also, I tried my face, my fiancé’s and my mother’s and they did score lower but their skin is worse shape then mine but they were only a point difference. It picked up some of their wrinkles but not all. And then it seemed to add wrinkles where I didn’t have any. The app overall is easy to navigate and I like that it tracks your progress. I’m sure there’s going to be improvements so I definitely will be using it again. I just think it needs some tweaking.

### 3/5 — Pleasantly surprised

*2020-10-03, version 2.6.0*

Honestly at first I was not sure I was going to like the app. When I was first setting it up I wanted the option to go back to the previous page and check out what I had put in. But once I figured out how to fully set it up it got a little easier. It was still a little hard to navigate but after using it a few times I got the hang of it and knew where stuff was. I love that there is a blog section that tells us all about acne and gives us tips & tricks are to help keep it away. Taking the pictures, to me was a little difficult because of the placement of my face was supposed to be at and the app figuring wasn’t trying to match up but I got it with no problems. Overall I think this is a good app and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to find ways to help with their skin issues.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Pretty good so far

*2021-01-09, version 2.8.0*

I’ve only just installed it a day or so ago but I keep waiting for ads to bombard me or they want $$$ or something. But so far the experience is very good which makes it more relaxing. They do promote or recommend their products when creating a plan (duh like they advertise for their competitions) but you can edit it with the product you use to create a skin routine. But their products they advertise right now all are on sell and cheaper than the retails. I of course looked into independent reviews to see if the products they recommended were good and they all had very good reviews. I’m just waiting for the other shoe to fall because it’s pretty good program that so far isn’t demanding you to buy their program or shoving commercials. I don’t usually do reviews but this one was worth my time to say it’s great.

### 5/5 — Holy Grail

*2020-11-14, version 2.7.1*

The app works great. I didn’t have high expectations. After the pictures of my face to my surprise they pinpointed every single skin concern I personally have for myself. They recommended products that already part of my skincare routine that I love. It even suggest some products I would have never thought to purchase that ended up being one of my favorites. It’s brilliant! I love it. It works and I highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2020-10-15, version 2.7.1*

I used the neutropenia skin360 app on my phone for a week and loved it. You need to scan your face twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. Make sure you wash your face before you do the scan. It measures for things such as wrinkles, fine lines, dark under-eye circles, dark spots and smoothness. It takes a 180 degree screen shot of your face. It then gives you products it recommends based on your score you receive. I got the most recommended products and my face looks and feels 100% better. I love this app cuz it tells me what works best for me not anyone else. I have always wanted a skin care regimen created for just me and that’s what this app did. It told me all my problem spots and I had more than I would like to admit. Since using this app and recommended products I have had definite improvements on my skin and problem areas.

### 5/5 — Love this

*2020-10-08, version 2.6.0*

This app definitely helps with skin care especially people just getting into skin care it’s very simple tells you exactly what he needs to work on tells you the products you need to use I feel that a lot of people would benefit from an app like this thanks for providing it such a great app I can’t wait to see how well my skin improves from using this I feel that this app is very helpful especially with people that are just getting in the skin care tells you exactly what you need to work on does you what type of products you need to use and it can also keep it simple for people who have very busy lives

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

This app is useful. It tells me what is wrong with my skin and give the appropriate recommendations to improve it. It can either give you a routine with recommended products or you can follow the routine using your own. I believe with consistency, it can improve whatever issue you might have with your face greatly.

### 5/5 — Great apps

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I like the idea of Neutrogena Skin360 apps.

### 5/5 — Neutrogena360

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

Neutrogena Skincare360 was a complete game changer for me. The app identified problem areas of my skin and suggestions of products that would help. I’m amazed at how a quick scan of your face and how the products I tried really helped my face. I highly recommend to everyone to use this app.

### 5/5 — Very Accurate

*2020-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I was skeptical of how well the app would be able to see my issues and address them. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very accurate in picking out my problem areas and what I should do to work on them. I love how it recommends products, but if I already had some I used I was able to manually add them in. It’s very interesting to see the progress made from these products with the app rating the severity of the issues.

### 5/5 — Revamped App Is Exceptional!!

*2020-02-27, version 2.1.0*

This app has recently been updated and it is better than ever!! It’s extremely easy to use and the functionality is superb! The new design is sleek and modern and very user friendly. I’m excited to use this new app and see the results of my customized skincare routine!

### 5/5 — Useful!!

*2020-02-26, version 2.1.0*

This app is really useful! It can identify skin issues by scanning your face and you can select your goal for better skin care and have a log to maintain that goal. It recommends what products to buy and explains the details for each product. You can even buy the products from this app and have it ship to your home! The app also has general tips to reach your goal on skin care. It saves all my time researching on the web on how to properly take care of my skin and which products I should use.
