Nev is the first personal health intelligence that learns you. Most health apps show you what already happened. Nev looks ahead. It connects your sleep, meals, medications, calendar, workouts and mood, learns how they affect each other in your life, and tells you what's coming and what to do about it, before you have to ask. A STEP AHEAD, ALL DAY Heading to a restaurant tomorrow? Nev reads the menu and tells you which dish fits your week and what to ask the kitchen to change. Flying on day three after your shot? It tells you what to pack so you're not running on empty. Low recovery before a hard workout? It suggests the easier session that sets up a better one later in the week. ASK ANYTHING Ask Nev why you feel off, what to eat tonight or whether a plan still makes sense. Every answer draws on your own sleep, calendar, medications, energy and meals, not generic advice written for everyone. BUILT FOR YOUR GLP-1 JOURNEY Log your shots and Nev learns your cycle: which days your appetite, energy and sleep change, and how to plan meals, workouts and social plans around them. SCAN FOOD, MENUS AND PRODUCTS Scan a grocery product and get a score read against your own medications, conditions and goals. Photograph a dish and see what it means for your sleep and your medications. Read any restaurant menu before you order, with a note you can show your server. RECIPES MADE FOR YOU Pick a cuisine and how ambitious you feel, and Nev builds a complete recipe with every ingredient, step and macro, scored for your profile. Or snap your pantry and cook from what you already have. CALORIE AND MACRO TRACKING Log a meal by photo and see how it fits the rest of your day, with targets that adjust to your activity. CONNECTS TO YOUR LIFE Apple Health, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and over 100 wearables and apps, including Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Strava, Coros, Fitbit and Dexcom. Every connection gives Nev another way to understand you. YOUR PRIVATE DATA Your data is never sold, not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Nev is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk with your doctor before changing your medication, diet or exercise. ## Key features - Personalized AI insights - Recipe generation from pantry - Ingredient-medication interaction checks - Macro tracking and personal plans - Wearable device integration - Real-time nutritionist advice ## Recent user reviews (10 of 12) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nev-ai/id6748925619/reviews.md ### 5/5 — Love it! *2026-05-28* The personalization is amazing and I love how it doesn’t just tell me what I already knew but so much more. ### 5/5 — Amazing app *2026-05-18* Helped me lose 20 pounds! ### 5/5 — Highly recommend! *2026-04-04* Next level stuff.
