But dealing with the corporate things in the past has been very difficult just calling around getting nowhere and not being able to get to someone who knows anything. That has been extremely frustrating after switching all from Wells Fargo to much smaller Bank. Just being honest. I have nothing against Nevada State Bank and I will probably continue to Bank with them. I requested a dispute on this payment but none of the options provided by the websites drop down menu sufficiently help me convey that this was a fraudulent charge. Through the years I have run into issues such as losing money to the ATM, having a reoccurring issue with money transfers through Zelle that result in late penalties on my rent, and even being racially profiled at the desk at the Downtown Reno location. The biggest barrier to me leaving the bank is not knowing how to. This is the only bank I’ve ever been with and I don’t believe that these issues should be typical. Dissatisfaction is a gracious critique. ### 1/5 — Service? *2024-08-16, version 8.0.10* It took three months to get my debit card straightened out so I could even set up an online account. By that time, I had lost the scrap of post it that my login and password were written on. Not even written on a business card. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this bank account since I opened it. The ATM never works. Oh I take that back. It worked once for me. It’s broken again. I was absolutely disgusted with how long it took to fix the ATM card and the quality of service I got as a result.
