I can’t seem to delete a grandparent’s journal after they’ve died. We’re still completing another journal monthly for someone else, but have the accounts popping up as a reminder of the bereavements every time. I add the photos and after taking forever to load them - they then disappear. It is maddening, especially when you’re paying a monthly fee and it is advertised as a “5 minute job!!” It has never once worked as it should. De-installed, installed again, doesn’t fix it. The website won’t allow me to access the service that way as I am on mobile and I should be using their app. Great example of developers who don’t use the service themselves and are too “busy” to test their work.
