I can’t seem to delete a grandparent’s journal after they’ve died. We’re still completing another journal monthly for someone else, but have the accounts popping up as a reminder of the bereavements every time. Shouldn’t be hard to solve? ### 4/5 — Please bring back this feature *2021-01-28, version 2.65.4* I just updated the app and I’ve lost the ability to be able to go into a specific album in all the photos I have on my phone to select photos to upload. Please bring that feature back! 🙏 ### 3/5 — Fix those bugs!! *2020-11-22, version 2.65.1* App crashes on all my devices when accessing photo’s. De-installed, installed again, doesn’t fix it. The website won’t allow me to access the service that way as I am on mobile and I should be using their app. Great example of developers who don’t use the service themselves and are too “busy” to test their work. Great idea when it works. ### 2/5 — Very bad experience *2020-01-29* I’m so glad this is over, I subscribed for a year for 4 users. They messed up with payments, it was technical bugs after technical bugs, for a few albums I was not able to download all the pictures, for others I was not able to write the comments, one of my family member would receive the album one month later, every month sometimes even more. I opened a ticket each time but there was no technical resolution. They renew automatically the subscriptions so I cancel 2 of the albums before they renew it automatically, thinking that I’ll still be able to do my last 2 albums: It is not the case. I was told that when I subscribed annually, they applied a discount so I won’t get any reimbursement, which is OK, but I should be able to do the last albums. But as they say : There is nothing they can do about it. A cette fin, nous ne remboursons pas les mois restants. We are constantly trying to improve our product and every problem linked to the subscription.. ### 5/5 — Love this app!! *2019-10-09* My parents are not on Instagram & I love that I can now connect to Insta thru this app and send them a monthly magazine! They were absolutely thrilled to receive their first issue and can’t wait for the next one! Very easy app to navigate as well. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review, much appreciated! ;) ### 2/5 — Cronological order *2019-09-30, version 2.52* I cannot believe why pictures are not uploaded in chronological order I’ve used this app for 9 months now, I wrote various emails about this issue and they continue telling me it will be sorted ojt It’s so annoying taking in account that is a picture magazine and you obviously want the pictures of the same event together, I received an email telling me the order is of “size of image” seriously? Really? WHO IN THE EARH WANTED AN ALBUM WITH PICTURES ORDERED BY SIZE? Please sort this out I continue using it because my parents that live in Spain love the magazine but I’m already looking for an alternative that save me time in things that can be done automaticaly ### 5/5 — Amazing concept and easy friendly! *2019-09-19* Neveo has a professional team, and provides fast answers. Every single month my parents who leave on the other side of the ocean receive an album with pictures of my kids and my family. They are super proud to show the album with family and friends. Facile d’utilisation, rapide et efficace et ça permet de rester connecté avec la famille et en particulier les grands parents malgré la distance. Le partage du compte avec les frangins et les frangines permet aussi de compiler les photos de toute la famille et de faire quelques économies au passage! Nous on adore et on vous le conseille vivement!!! ### 5/5 — Our grandparents need more of those apps! *2019-08-14, version 2.50* This is a great idea and really lighten the day of my grandparents 😊 ### 1/5 — Bug ruined my album - never fixed prob *2019-06-01* I contacted customer service about my May album not being able to have pictures added to it 8 days before the deadline. They replied that I needed to try updating the app. I did. Still didn’t work. Then I responded again and they replied I could try using my desktop. Still didn’t work. I tried every day and up until an hour before the deadline. They stopped responding to my requests for help and for a refund for my May album. I never did get the final 25 or so pictures into my May album, so that was ruined, and I just got charged for June’s album. This company has too many issues and needs to work out their bugs when offering a product that has a definitive deadline. **Developer response:** I'm so sorry for the disappointment. I add the photos and after taking forever to load them - they then disappear. It is maddening, especially when you’re paying a monthly fee and it is advertised as a “5 minute job!!” It has never once worked as it should. They desperately need to add shipment tracking since the majority of the time these are being sent to elderly in nursing homes. I keep holding on hoping that each month it will get straightened out but so far custom service just keeps telling me it should be there soon. App keeps freezing . While trying to email and cancel subscription I have received no response ! ### 1/5 — Joke *2019-09-16, version 2.52* This is a joke I haven’t received my album and they are still taking money from me ### 1/5 — Poor quality output, would not recommend *2019-08-11, version 2.50* Received my first (and last!) book, the quality was so bad - the layout was more than basic which, if you hadn’t written a small novel about each photo left heaps lines where text ‘could’ have gone. There’s no back ordering so if you don’t submit photos in a particular month your money gets taken and you get nothing. There’s also no way through the app or their desktop site to unsubscribe from the service, you need to send them a request. They did promptly cancel my subscription once requested but I had paid for 3months of subscription and only got 1 crappy book. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2019-08-01, version 2.50* I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for days now, I contacted them, but I haven’t gotten any reply yet. It doesn’t let you cancel yourself on the app or the website, it’s like We their permission to cancel... Gran now moved to a retirement home where they are several elderly getting it monthly from their respective families and I’m hearing it’s a great conversation topic at tea time! It’s super easy to use, and also helps giving life to our conversations when we go visit, it’s just a lovely thing to have. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2020-11-25* I’ve been using Neveo for 2 years to send books to my 93 year old grandmother across the country. She looks forward to them so much and all of her friends that visit ask how to get their family to start sending them. I highly recommend. She has a tablet but being far away, it’s always a problem to help her operate the tablet so she can actually see the pictures. This journal is better. Every time I got an issue, they help me out, even when it was my fault. First time, I put the wrong postal code, they reprinted it. One time an unknown problem happened and some pictures were not in the right ratio. They refund it. About the quality, you can’t find better for that price, in fact, I’m very impressed. Better than that, it’s a book but it’s expensive! They love it. It is so worth the money. I had been gone overseas for a year and a half. Mom saved them all.
