Fantastic! If it doesn’t work for you on the first try, then do this: call the number yourself and take note of your answers to the questions they ask. Then I put those answers into the app, to make it very clear for the AI to get transferred to the right department. Also, if you’re required to put in a long string of numbers, it works better to spell out each number rather than inputting in the actual numbers. For example, type in “zero one two three four.” instead of 01234. Even if it takes a couple times to get it right, it’s better than waiting on hold for 45 minutes! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the developers!! ### 5/5 — I’m been waiting for an app like this *2023-11-18* For so long whenever I would call my doctor or my bank I would find myself being on hold for sometimes hours at a time never knowing when they would call me back. This app is exactly what I needed, I didn’t have to be anxious that I would miss their call and now I don’t have to worry anymore. Great stuff. ### 5/5 — Very helpful *2023-10-27* I often call the local boarding pet store to make reservations for my dog. Usually the hold is 15 minutes and Never Hold saved me time. Simple to use interface enter the numbers and what option you want to get connected and the AI assistant does the job for you. You get a connecting call when somebody is on the other side of the line. How the tech works is beyond me but this app is dope.
