## What is NeverLate Calendar?

Sometimes you forget. More often, time just slips away. Getting ready takes longer than it felt like it would, and you look up and you're already late. Regular calendars store when things are meant to happen. NeverLate is the calendar that actually gets you there.

Most calendars only hold the start time and leave the rest to you. NeverLate works backwards from each event to tell you when to actually start moving, with the real time it takes already worked in.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• Never guess when to leave. NeverLate works out your real travel time, including parking and the walk from the car to the door, and tells you the exact moment to go.

• Know if you're on track, instantly. Open the app and you can see straight away whether you can relax or it's time to move, no mental math required.

• An alarm you can't ignore. A quiet notification is easy to swipe away or sleep through, and that's how the things that matter get missed. For the events you can't miss, NeverLate sounds a real alarm, even when your phone is on silent.

• Add events in seconds. Type a few words and NeverLate fills in the rest. Or snap a photo of a ticket, invite, or message and it reads the details for you. No retyping.

MADE FOR THE WAY YOUR BRAIN WORKS

NeverLate is built for people with ADHD and time-blindness: anyone who cares about showing up but keeps running late, and wants a calendar that does the work instead of adding to it. It won't nag or guilt-trip you. It's quietly on your side, helping you show up.

It's your calendar, not another app to juggle. Your events sync through iCloud, so they show up in the calendar you already check.

No more last-minute scramble. Just show up, on time and ready.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.0 — 2026-08-26

• Pause the apps that pull you in. For events you mark as must-not-miss, NeverLate can use Apple's Screen Time to pause the apps you choose from the moment it's time to get ready until the event starts, with a two-minute unlock whenever you need one. You pick the apps; NeverLate is never told which. Turn it on under Alerts.

• Notes on every event, in the right place. "Bring your medication list" lands on the Get Ready step, "arrive ten minutes early" on the Arrive step. Type them in, or let NeverLate read them off a photo.

• Several events from one photo. A screenshot with more than one date now becomes more than one event.

• Choose the calendar each event goes to, and color your events by calendar, with a color of your own for each one.

• Busy days now scroll instead of being cut off.

Also: a today marker on the month grid, day bars that show your day as a ruler, adding an event from a day starts on that day, a warning before a shared event is moved or removed, and a feedback form in Settings. Plus fixes for titles showing two emojis and for calendars that quietly stop delivering.

New here? Setup now starts with one question, what usually gets in the way of your plans, and shapes what follows around your answer.

### 1.30 — 2026-07-19

New Home Screen widgets put your next event, upcoming events and month view at a glance. NeverLate is now fully available in Spanish, with improvements to calendar sharing, localization and reliability.

### 1.23 — 2026-07-06

New in 1.23: smoother event interactions, clearer reminder controls, easier address sharing for navigation, and reliability improvements across calendar, photo capture, and setup flows.

### 1.22 — 2026-06-30

New in 1.22: Month view is easier to scan, with smarter emoji and short labels for your events. This update also improves calendar labelling and reliability.

### 1.21 — 2026-06-25

New in 1.21: event categories make your calendar easier to scan, with optional colours in Month, Today and Focused Day views. This update also improves calendar editing, reminder wording and overall reliability.
