## What is Neverloop?

Neverloop composes focus music on your iPhone while you listen. It never loops and never plays the same piece twice, so it can stay on in the background for hours without wearing thin.

TWO SCENES FOR WORK
• Deep Work: slow chords on pads and electric piano, soft bells, no beat. Made to sit under writing, coding and reading.
• Lo-fi Desk: a swung beat, jazz chords on a worn electric piano, vinyl crackle and tape.

Each scene has its own moods, like Study beats, Late night tape, Coffee shop and Writing in the rain. Four controls shape what plays: Energy, Light, Depth and Evolve. Press New variation and a different piece begins at the next bar.

SOUNDS AROUND THE MUSIC
• Rain that never loops
• Brown, deep brown, pink and white noise, with a tone control in Hz
• Pure tones, pulses and binaural beats, including 6, 7.83 and 40 Hz
• The whole piece in A = 432 Hz, composed in that tuning rather than slowed down
• Or turn the music off and keep only the rain or the noise

A TIMER THAT ENDS IN MUSIC
• 25, 50 or 90 minutes, or your own length
• Build your own cycle from focus, break and rounds, like 25 + 5 × 4: the music rests during breaks
• When time is up, the piece settles on its home chord instead of an alarm

BREATHE
A separate breathing mode with a pacer: box 4-4-4-4, 4-7-8, 4-6-8-4, even breathing or your own seconds. A soft chime marks each phase, over quiet Deep Work, for 3 to 20 minutes or as long as you like.

ON THE LOCK SCREEN
Lock your phone and the music keeps playing. The lock screen shows the variation that plays, with play and pause, and Next starts a new variation.

SAVE WHAT YOU LIKE
Keep a variation with every setting and its timer, and bring it back with one tap.

FREE AND PRO
Free: Deep Work, breathing, every sound and tone, the timer and three saved presets.
Neverloop Pro is one purchase, no subscription: Lo-fi Desk, focus cycles, unlimited saved presets and every scene to come. Lo-fi Desk plays for three minutes in the free version, so you can hear it first.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.3 — 2026-10-29

New in 1.5.3:
• The Pro card at the end of the page now lists what Pro includes.
• If the App Store does not answer, the Pro card says so and asks again.

### 1.5.2 — 2026-10-23

New in 1.5.2:
• Forest sound reworked: the rustle that sounded like rain is gone, the pink noise is fuller, and now and then a twig snaps or a bird takes off close by.
• Small fixes.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-10-15

New in 1.5.1:
• Privacy, Terms and Contact support now sit at the bottom of the screen and open in Safari and Mail.
• Rate Neverloop: a new link next to them opens the App Store review page. A rating or a few words help other people find the app.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-10-13

New in 1.5:
• Share a mix: Share copies a link to what is playing, with the variation and every setting. It opens in a browser and plays the same mix there, no app needed.
• Shortcuts: a Play mix action starts a saved mix or a mood.
• Focus filter: add Neverloop to a Focus in Settings, and turning on that Focus starts your chosen scene and mood.
• Play along with other audio: a new setting keeps podcasts and music from other apps running.
• Backdrops (Pro): a night sky, a forest, café lights or rain on glass drift slowly behind the music.
• Ocean and Forest (Pro): generated waves on shingle, and wind in the leaves with birds near and far. Neither ever repeats.
• The music grew: every piece builds and comes home over 12 to 20 minutes, Lo-fi Desk has kalimba, a harp-like pluck and a singing bowl, and Deep Work breathes in a wider room.
• New knobs in the Sound panel: chorus, LFO, tremolo, echo and reverb.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-13
