## What is Nevyo?

Other apps ask what you ate. Nevyo tells you what to eat — before.

Nevyo generates your full week of meals based on your goal (lose weight, build muscle, eat balanced or save money), your budget and your tastes. Calories and macros pre-calculated, grocery list ready, estimated cart total.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Set your goal and constraints: budget, preferred store, dietary restrictions, prep time.
2. Nevyo calculates your target calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat).
3. Get a week of realistic meals with simple recipes and estimated cost.
4. Your grocery list builds itself: aggregated ingredients, sorted by aisle, with quantities and estimated prices.
