Can you please provide a simple way of login, like allowing user to put in email and password? Second of all, it takes super long time to load even I’ve scanned the QR code. Eventually I had to give up. Please update the APP asap, it’s so unfriendly to old account users. ### 1/5 — Du vol *2026-08-10* C’est clairement du vol. Déjà qu’avant le montant minimum pour utiliser une machine fallait transférer 12 euros. Maintenant c’est 20 euros ! Impossible de payer autrement que de transférer de l’argent sur l’appli. Pourtant il existe plein d’autres systèmes et d’autres applications pour machine à laver qui propose le paiement directement. Bref, je ne vois aucun bouton pour envoyer un rapport de bug. Mais j’ai eu ce bug : j’ai payé sur l’app, puis j’ai démarré ma machine, et au bout de 5 secondes j’ai annulé le programme sur la machine, alors l’app a écrit que c’était fini. Mais j’ai pu relancer un programme car il y a un délai durant lequel on peut annuler le programme sans perdre le paiement. Maschinen stehen als nicht verfügbar da, obwohl sie funktionstüchtig sind.
