Keeps saying “We’re unable to verify your card. Please contact your bank for details.” I did call my bank and they’ve said everything is fine on their end. App used to work fine until some time after May 18th since that was the last time I used it with no problems. ### 3/5 — Cannot Redeem Points via App *2024-08-23, version 1.1.8* This app is easy to use, but it doesn’t allow you to redeem points. You have to call the location to accomplish that task. It takes a few tries to add a new credit card, but once it finally accepts your card, everything goes fairly smooth ### 3/5 — My first time ordering online from Aurelio’s Pizza *2024-05-07, version 1.1.8* This was my first time ordering from Aurelio’s Pizza using their app. It was very confusing. I picked “whole” pizza for the topping since I only wanted one topping. It gave me a +1 when I selected Pepperoni and I clicked “Apply” but then it didn’t do anything it took me right back to “whole” pizza or “half” pizza. I don't know how many times I kept going back to make sure that the pepperoni topping, I picked, was applied. It doesn’t take you to another screen to show you what you ordered. It keeps taking you back to “whole” or “half” pizza as if you hadn’t applied anything. Instead of placing a check mark in the topping box of the toppings you want, it adds a -1 or +1 (after selection). So every time I clicked on pepperoni it kept increasing in number. I think I had it up to +5, was I supposed to click on how many pepperonis to add? Very confusing!! After applying the toppings (which should be indicated by a check mark) and clicking on apply, it should take you to the next screen to show you your selection and price. It only allows it being scanned. Every food app offers this. This is terrible when dining in. In the past, I always just manually entered my code from the receipt. The only thing you can enter is a promo code when purchasing a pizza. Integrate it with Apple Pay. 2. Don’t save the CC info as it is a security risk 3. Provide a “pay with cash” option to allow for payment at the pickup location. This would be unavailable for delivery orders to protect drivers. This is needed as there is no way to use the Aurelio’s shields via the app. Customer must go “old school” and call in an order in order to use the shields. 4. Next day Owner said it was because they were busy n couldn’t call. Said it was bcuz of Bears game, “which they won” I ordered at 5:45? Game started after 8. He wasn’t even there to help his employees. Went to another restaurant n got a call at 8:15 that my order was ready for pick up. Owner said they were keeping it warm.
