## What is NEW BANGALORE HAM SHOP?

New Bangalore Ham Shop (NBHS) is Bengaluru’s ham and pork delivery app. Order ham, bacon, sausages, pork cuts, frozen packs and pet food from a nearby hub. Cuts are sliced fresh, packed cold and sent to your door. The ₹99 Store has everyday small packs at a flat ₹99 so you can try more without buying a large tray.

WHO WE ARE
New Bangalore Ham Shop is a branch of Ham Shop on MG Road, a Bangalore ham counter since 1936. The app is built for people who want butcher-counter ham without standing in a queue. We are a ham shop, not a grocery supermarket. You will find ham, bacon, pork, frozen items and pet food, not vegetables, atta or household goods.

WHAT YOU CAN ORDER
Ham Shop: smoked ham, cooked ham, bacon, sausages, pork chops, mince and other pork cuts. The kind of ham you would take home from a traditional Bangalore ham shop.

Frozen: frozen pork and ready-to-cook packs kept in the freezer so you can stock the week. Pack sizes are shown on each product.

Pet Food: dog and cat food delivered with the same order as your meat, from the same hub.

₹99 Store: smaller packs priced at a flat ₹99. Open the store, add items and build a box. Useful when you want a little ham or a trial pack without a large order.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS
Stock is live from nearby hubs: Bellandur, HSR Layout, Marathahalli, DLF Akshaynagar, Bhoganahalli (DKH) and other Bangalore hubs we serve. Open the app, set your pin on the map and you only see items your hub can actually send. If an item is out, it will not sit in the cart as a false promise.

We deliver across Bengaluru / Bangalore in our service areas. Coverage depends on your exact location. Set the delivery pin in the app. That is more accurate than a landmark alone.

PAY AND TRACK
Pay with UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and other UPI apps), card or netbanking through Cashfree, or cash on delivery where it is offered. Sign in with your mobile number. After you place the order, track it in the app and get push updates when it is packed and out for delivery.

5. Follow the order in the app until it arrives packed cold.

TIPS
Use the Ham Shop section for sliced ham and bacon. Use Frozen when you want packs that keep. Use the ₹99 Store when you want small quantities. Save addresses for home and office so the next order is faster.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell alcohol. We do not deliver outside Bengaluru. We do not replace a full kirana or vegetable shop. If your pin is outside a hub’s range, the app will say so before you pay.
