App did not work when I tried to schedule an online visit with a doctor using the app on my phone. After going through the long process of proving personal info and credit card details, error message was continually displayed when I tried to submit.

Sadly this app  is useless. After registering, sign in is not possible.

Literally just got this today and the app crashes on login. Thanks :)

**Developer response:** We are aware of isolated incidences of this occurring. Please ensure you are using the most recent version of the app (3.9, deployed 9/22/2022). If you continue having trouble, please delete and reinstall the app.

This app leaves much to be desired.  It constantly freezes up, causing me to have to start it up again and again.  Additionally, it’s a little confusing because all my covered benefits that I thought was through New Benefits actually require sign up access elsewhere!

Hej !
 
 Just because I am new to this concept.

- So if I have a sudden onset situation, what should I do?
- If I need an annual checkup, do I access Teladoc? 
- what do I show at a health facility as it says on the card, it isn’t an insurance card?
- I sometimes go abroad, mainly Denmark and Mexico; how do I handle a health issue there ?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Please contact the member support call center at 800-800-7616 for assistance with savings via the app. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm CT, and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.

This app makes it so easy to use my benefits! I love that I just have one place to go instead of a million different websites. Also love that I can store my insurance card and HSA card here. Literally my one stop benefits shop.
