I received their email about the BizLink update. They recommended to use the new app yet I can’t log in. It says I entered the wrong credentials. Even tried initiating the ‘forgot password’ but it really won’t work. What is it really, BPI?

Got an email from BPI regarding this New BizLink so I downloaded it. After downloading, I can’t log in. It says I put in wrong details. Upon trying with the same details with the old BizLink app, it works. Not sure how to use this New BizLink.
