Tried on several devices. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2019-12-27* I connect to WiFi as instructions say but it doesn’t register in the app itself and video does not come up. I now have twin 4 year old little boys crying and upset because they were so excited to see the video. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They Don’t understand why it’s not working and still ask throughout the day for me to connect it. Even tried charging the batteries themselves. Unfortunately this causes an issue as all the kids have apple products so one of the adults has to hand over their phone to the kids to use.
