Keeps freezing, doesn’t always load in. The old app worked perfectly

**Developer response:** Dear Wee_Whitley, I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the app. We do our best to test our apps very thoroughly - and we have not seen this issue in testing. We also have tracking in the app that can alert us to problems when they occur, but that is an optional setting for end users - and we are not seeing any messages currently.  Could you please check that you have the "Send diagnostic and usage data" option selected (this is found at the bottom of the menu - which is shown by tapping an icon of horizontal lines top left of the app's main screen).  Also - could you please contact our support team for further help and we will work with you to resolve the issue: support@citbdigitalproducts.zendesk.com

Keeps freezing. Won’t load. Tried several times to download it again but still the same problems. It doesn’t work

Pathetic app , just freezes and takes you back to start 😡😡😡😡

**Developer response:** Dear istymold - that's not a complaint we have had from anyone else - could you please contact support so we can look into the issue for you and fix it?  The app does have a built in support option - allowing you to directly contact our support team and ask for help.  Please use that and we will try to resolve the problem you are experiencing.

Works well on iPhone but desktop version on Mac does not work

**Developer response:** Dear Ricyhalf, there is no MacOS version of this mobile app, currently.  I am not sure what you have installed on your MacOS device, but I don't think it is this app - or perhaps you have tried to install the iOS app on your MacOS device - and the request was refused, because of the incompatibility of iOS software with MacOS devices.

As a safety consultant this wizard is a simple and effective tool to remain compliant. 

I recommend that this app is used by smaller contractors dipping their toes into safety 

It is a great aid-memoir for all.
