Never works when you need it most *2024-02-28, version 23.2.30* Rather frustrating. I’m to the point where I’m tempted to leave this credit union all together over this. Face recognition works for a week or two then goes back to requiring log ins. Then it can’t find your information which stops you and of course when you call the only person that can assist isn’t there. I’m all for small town businesses but I need better service than this. ### 1/5 — App won’t open *2023-03-08, version 22.2.42* App won’t open! Opens for a second then closes Iphone user ### 1/5 — Not Compatible with IOS Update *2022-09-19, version 22.1.51* Since IOS 16 the app crashes and hasn’t opened up yet. Stay with version 15.7 until this app is updated. Called for support and had no information on when this would be corrected. ThAn a few months later, back to deleting the app and starting over again? This has been going on for about 1 1/2 to 2 years now ! This is ridiculous and unacceptable ! It’s not flashy by any means, quite simplistic (which isn’t a bad thing) However, they did not prepare an update for the iOS 16.0 release and as such, renders this app useless for the time being.
