### 2/5 — I Hate that I hate this app

*2024-08-01, version 1.0*

I genuinely want this to be an amazing app. The concept is great. But I’ve never actually been able to use it. The app crashes after launching every time. No amount of deleting and re-downloading helps. Please fix this.

### 3/5 — Improvements starting to come through, new bug issue.

*2024-07-02*

Loving seeing all the UI improvements mostly with performance however there is currently a bug that is showing notifications for what I would call phantom connections and interactions as when I check these notifs half of the time they do not show up within the actual app. Otherwise things are going well!

### 4/5 — App is much better now

*2024-05-23, version 1.0.8*

We had to get thru the first few updates but NOW it’s functional. A lot of peoples’ work is not typically what you would see on Pinterest/behance etc it’s much more raw. It’s cool to only be chillin with other creatives on a platform, no toxic weirdos or karens

### 2/5 — great concept, needs more time

*2024-05-04, version 1.0.5*

been following the project for awhile, finally downloaded and the app wont let me get passed signing up, it continuously crashes. that being said, i will continue to try and hopefully its fixed because this app is a great idea and im excited to find like minded people

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2024-05-03*

The concept of an app specifically made for all creatives alike is a great concept that very few apps were able to accomplish. When I found an ad for this app on instagram I had high expectations for this app (because why install an app for creatives when artists can just use apps like instagram and/or twitter to network with other artists). But you might as well would just use instagram or twitter because this app is unusable, the app crashes when you try to sign up. The five star reviews are likely fake.

### 4/5 — we’re gettin there!

*2024-05-01, version 1.0.2*

I’ve stuck it out since the beginning lol and at first, as with any new app, there were a few struggles but the update seems to be working beautifully for me! so excited to see where this goes :)

### 1/5 — Dead on arrival

*2024-04-28, version 1.0.1*

Not sure if this was a scam or a half baked idea, either way this is nothing.

### 1/5 — Not Functional

*2024-04-26, version 1.0.1*

App has no current functionality. Can’t search for people. It should’ve been tested more before release. I feel bad for the people who paid for a lifetime membership or whatever. Developers should find investors and skilled people to improve the app, find people who actually know how to develop apps and make them functional. At its current stage, it’s worthless.

### 2/5 — Great idea. Meh execution.

*2024-04-25, version 1.0.1*

Pretty cool idea, but the app doesn’t work. Was able to make my account but on the home screen I can’t actually do anything. The buttons don’t work, I can’t upload anything, and I can’t see what others have uploaded

### 3/5 — Love it

*2024-04-23, version 1.0.1*

Love this app but wish there was an “explore page” to connect with people better!

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2024-04-23*

I feel like this was a very niche project aimed towards a specific group of creatives who didn’t get the reach they thought they deserved rather than to the general passionate creative since a LOT of art mediums are missing. Additionally adding a paywall to an unfinished product is very unfortunate and unfair for those who bought the ‘Founding Creator’ tier since the app was not functional on day one, you would expect some testing behind the scenes before release but oh well.

Personally I would like a refund, I can’t even SEE any art at all since for you to have a feed you need to connect with people but rarely anyone has anything up or their accounts are unfinished given the outrageous launch of this app.

I hope you guys come back stronger tbh…I liked the idea not the execution

### 1/5 — Nothing Works.

*2024-04-19*

I purchased the founding creatives package in anticipation for this project. Currently, the app won’t even open; and when it does it’s the same glitched page and no buttons work. I’m not able to see the “for you page” or interact or connect with any creatives. I know the intention was for the website to be a collaborative hub for creatives, but with the minimal access I am allowed, even after purchasing the founding creatives package, it disappoints. I don’t even know what the difference between the “Founding Creatives” package I bought and a normal user is anymore. I feel scammed, and dissatisfied.

I had high hopes for this project, and am currently very disappointed. I do wish for bugs improvements, etc. No hate here, just wish I could’ve gotten my money and time back. Keep going, though.

### 1/5 — Left out again

*2024-04-19, version 1.0.1*

The role of retouch/photo editor is often left out of lists of creative professionals on apps like this. I was excited at the idea of this app as a means to build connections. But was disappointed to find that this role has been left out yet again. I didn’t even get through the sign up process for this reason.

### 3/5 — Great concept but I’d love to see it work

*2024-04-19*

I have been hyped for this app to release it seems very promising and exciting but when I download it on the release date and started it I made an account and then from there I have been unable to click the icons on the screen. It is nonfunctional and I am hoping the developers can find a way to get it working soon I have hope!

### 2/5 — Underdelivered - wish it worked

*2024-04-18, version 1.0*

I have had the app for 3 days and I can’t get past the main screen. Even the scope of the app, I really just want to learn more because from outside looking in, it seems like Instagram but for artists

### 3/5 — Critically Needs Update

*2024-04-18, version 1.0*

I cant even navigate past the opening animation. Once I launch the app it is frozen, definitely want to get into it! Being patient tho, best of luck 🤞🏾

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Definitely a Scam

*2025-10-27, version 1.1.9*

Yup, I also purchased the Founding Creator pass and have accepted I that I basically burned the money. The creators really released one update to make it seem like it was legit then dipped. Maybe we should take legal action, and take this app down from the store so no one else can download this

### 1/5 — If you’re reading this, you were probably scammed too

*2025-07-16*

I purchased the Founder’s Bundle before the app was even developed, back when the idea was still being hyped up with zero transparency about what the actual product would look like. It seemed promising, but in hindsight, that excitement was clearly used to cover up how unfinished and shady this project really was.

For about a year now, I haven’t even been able to get into the app but it doesn’t load, it doesn’t take me anywhere, it just… does nothing. And I’m not alone. This is a full-on scam.

They took my money before they had anything functional, and now there’s been no updates, no communication, no fixes, and definitely no accountability. People trusted this because it was marketed like something revolutionary, but it’s become obvious this was never about building something real—it was about cashing in on hype.

I feel completely scammed, and at this point the app should be taken down and the people behind it need to be held legally responsible. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s fraud.

### 1/5 — Frustrating App Launch

*2025-04-10, version 1.1.9*

It’s been several months with no updates beyond launch. Very frustrating as the app had potential. Now, there’s hardly anyone utilizing the app.

### 1/5 — Scam, hope you refunded everyone.

*2025-04-04*

When this was first being advertised, everyone could agree it looked exciting. Easy to overlook that there were no actual reveals of what the app itself would even look like. Back when they were first adamantly pushing their paid “lifetime membership” deal, I left a comment about how it seemed suspicious to ask for money while not letting anyone see what the app looked like yet. They hid / deleted my comment. I tried again, to leave a comment letting people know it was likely they were scamming everyone, since hiding a comment like that was so on the nose. That gotten hidden too.
Months and months later, surprise, the thing doesn’t work. buggy, unusable. Did the people who purchased memberships get refunds? Why was there no accountability from the supposed devs? This should be taken down and the creators of it should be sued.

### 1/5 — Lacking a lot of features and perks.

*2025-02-03, version 1.1.9*

The main reason I downloaded this was to look through the job section. However, it is severely lacking and full of spam.

### 1/5 — Scam.

*2025-02-03, version 1.1.9*

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Straight up scam. They had a “lifetime membership” going for $50 without the app even launched yet. Even after the app launched, the app wouldn’t load and they just stopped pushing out updates on their social media. As of Feb 3rd, I received an email saying they have priority access for the lifetime membership they were trying to sell to me earlier. FIX YOUR APP FIRST. Poorly executed and a money grab.

### 1/5 — A Scam

*2025-02-03, version 1.1.9*

The developers of NDC had people pay for lifetime access prior to the launching of the app and advertised heavily on Instagram. They then delayed the launch date by quite some time, presumably to get more people to spend money on early access. It’s buggy, generally doesn’t work, and barely has a user base. If you spent money and the app isn’t working, dispute the charge with your bank.

### 1/5 — DOA.

*2025-02-03, version 1.1.9*

And they just sent me an email saying that I could buy a lifetime membership for $55. Yeah, that’s going to be a nah from me fam.

By the way, just LOOK at all of the permissions that they ask for! #whatajoke #scam

### 1/5 — undercooked and inedible

*2024-05-30*

i’m very thankful i did not pay to be a founding member or whatever they were calling it. this is a prime example of something that needed to go through testflight/beta testing before being published on the appstore. i’m surprised apple approved it.

i have continually tried to use the app since day one and it’s riddled with bugs. most of them are so bad the app simply won’t open. when it does, content doesn’t display at all. tapping on different parts of the app often don’t do anything at all. it’s unclear if my profile is suppose to display anything at this point because i’ve uploaded/posted several things (audio, in my case) and no matter what i click on in my profile, it never displays. the “feed” (unsure what they’re calling it) seldom shows anything other than my own posts (and rarely does it even show that). sometimes it will attempt to display other user’s content but will often display blank spaces where the content should go, or only some of the content (one photo in a gallery of 3, for example).

i realize this is all negative but it feels really incredibly useless to have this app public when basic functionality doesn’t work. i keep updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, hoping things will work better but it’s just plainly not a good app in its current form.

wish the devs luck and will check back on it in a few months. the idea is great but it’s all ambition and no substance currently.

### 1/5 — Don’t ship an app for creatives that can’t even show the work.

*2024-05-12, version 1.0.7*

Very disappointed. I was excited to finally have an app that focuses on artists work instead of personalities but is so buggy… I wasn’t even able to post one video without the post being white? As a 3d artist it’s crucial, images don’t cut it.

I suggest fixing the app to work for its core purposes before shopping. I will not be using it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — GUYS JUST WAIT

*2024-06-03*

I’m sick of seeing all the same 1 star reviews. I think the app works fine and is on its way to be great. I would however like to see more functionality, the feed seems choppy when it scrolls. Other than that great concept, so glad to be pulling away from Instagram and being in a place where the craft is viewed + appreciated

### 5/5 — I don’t have an “explore” feature anymore. (Still promising)

*2024-04-22*

I can only see the people I follow, since the update to address the crashing, I haven’t been able to see any random post or even check who likes my posts. Aside from that I am extremely excited for this app

### 5/5 — All It Needed Was Some TLC :)

*2024-04-22, version 1.0.1*

And just like that, after one update, the app seems to function perfectly (almost). Thank you to the development team for the hard work and effort!

### 5/5 — An Exciting New Platform

*2024-04-15, version 1.0*

I love the vision here. While this platform is in its infancy (complete with bugs and glitches), I see what it’s meant to be, and I’m super stoked to utilize this tool as an artist. I can’t wait to experience the app as it was envisioned, and I’m looking forward to future updates!

### 5/5 — Super Clean

*2024-04-15, version 1.0*

I waited months for this, super clean design, excited to spend hours on here uploading content. Check out some of my work @bennytheplugg on instagram. 📈

### 5/5 — 4/14/24 PLEASE READ

*2024-04-14, version 1.0*

I want to say that I love the premise of the app: a centralized social platform that connects creatives from all types of fields and interests. Additionally, the Meta video ads I saw on IG were stylish and eye-catching. As a writer, marketing professional, and musician, I have been looking for a place to connect with people to work on creative projects together that isn’t special interest Discord servers, IG, and other pre-existing platforms. However, I also know this app is a WIP and hope this review proves useful to devs. I have given the app a 5-star rating to give it a boost in the App Store for my support, but please read below. I don’t know if my suggestions have already been implemented since I haven’t yet had enough time to thoroughly explore everything (due to a huge glaring issue), so this is based on my short time interacting with the app.

The Huge Glaring Issue:
For context, I’m using an iPhone 12 on the latest iOS update (17.4.1). The app itself is very rough around the edges. Installed on Day One and worked ok. Navigating through menus was a bit choppy. However, now the app is freezing and refusing to switch between pages until ultimately crashing.

User Experience:
Not much content, but that’s to be expected on launch. Additionally, while I understand the intention behind adding details and context to posts, (imagining from a casual user’s standpoint) it would seem somewhat daunting to upload with all the available fields to fill. I get that this is an app for creatives, but If someone wants to add additional information or fields, that would be a different story. Once I have the app up-and-running again, I will make more assessments on its features.

Some Suggestions:
Photo Metadata: Having the option to display/hide already existing metadata like camera used and settings would be a nice touch - especially for professionals/hobbyists wanting to compare gear. Additionally, it might be nice for people wanting to break into the scene to get some insight on what photographers are using.

Suggested Content Feed on Launch/Initial Setup: When setting up the app, there was a part where I chose my interests, but I think it could have been utilized right at the beginning when going to the homepage. Curating suggested content based on the interests I chose would give the app a livelier feel and a starting point with finding content that I specifically want to see.

My Links: Considering this app is a way for creatives to connect with other creatives, I think it would be nice to have an intuitively designed profile page that has all my links (Github, Soundcloud, DevArt, Muckrack, etc.). That way, it can become my “sitemap” that I can show to other people by sharing my profile link/QR code (like linktree or allmylinks).

### 5/5 — Update

*2024-04-14*

Hi,
I am very interested in that app from very beginning, I wish you all the best with finalizing the project, i just downloaded the beta version but it seems like it crashes after logging me in, at the first main screen (with + button in the bottom middle) and i can’t click anything.

### 5/5 — So far so Good!! Kinda

*2024-04-14, version 1.0*

Very amazing layout, vibe and overall app. Is it new and still has some bugs… yes. as of current, the app has a hard time loading at all.

### 5/5 — For The New Wave of Artists

*2024-04-14*

You can tell this platform was built for artists by artists. It has everything you need to showcase your projects in a way that is organized and minimalistic.
The UI is excellent and there is a new take on the explore tab titled “Toolkit” which is helps you connect with other talented artists.

Well done!!
