Especially for task management where I can create parent and sub tasks in DMs and rooms (and sub,sub tasks!). It’s as easy as ever to scan a receipt and the distance request feature is really slick. How do you do anything? Where is "new expense report?" When I go to make a new expense, it for some reason asks for a colleagues email address. What for? Why? They rolled out an update and now no one with MFA can log into the app if you log out. Tried to contact them but only a chat-bot available. You can’t add Canadian banks, or smaller credit unions, Customer service is terrible, especially since you can’t talk to anyone When you try to cancel your account, they switch you to a pay as you go account and not actually close it, continuing to charge you fees. This is why their stock has been falling for the last 3 years!
