## What is NEW Forma Gym?

The Forma Gym app provides class schedules, check-in to the club, fitness goals and tracking, ways to engage with the Forma community, and more! 

The Forma Gym app uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.

Teachers are great: Miss Barbara: Amazing talent. Just this call 3 days ahead, when those who call & don't come keeps others  out of the class. Class space should be relocated in floor exercise area for that 45 minutes!

The other day I was lucky enough to meet Amit Elors our US Olympic Gold Medal Women’s Wrestling Champion! We passed each other coming and going from the womens locker room . What a very nice girl! So friendly! It was a real honor to meet her. I guess Forma gym trains Olympic athletes!

Excellent teachers and clean and always working equipment.  Most of all, the members are friendly and supportive.  I travel all the way from Oakland to work out at Forma.

This is a great gym. The owners are are exceptionally committed to the well being of their members. There is consistent introduction of new, updated equipment. They kept the gym open during Covid - by modifying the use of outdoor parking areas. Staff is very personable - and the front desk is attentive and polite. There are always a few employees running around - making sure everything is clean. Finally, it feels like a community.

I like the classes and the fact that cleanliness is a high priority at Forma. I always complement the women who clean the locker room so thoroughly. I hope they are well compensated.

Now for what I miss. I greatly miss having outdoor group exercise programs. It was wonderful to be out in the fresh air. Covid is still around and it always felt safer to be outdoors. Thanks for asking for feedback.
