### 1/5 — Fake low price. It’s a trap and complete waste of time

The app gave you a low price quote and then ask you call them back to confirm. They tell you that the quote is wrong and offer you a price that’s much higher than Uber/lyft. Be aware, riders!

Okay, which Dev flunkie coded this one up?  Any time I type a dropoff location it’ll just automatically default me to LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and even assuming that I am heading to LGA, what, whether it’s Terminals A to D or whether it’s arrival or departure is completely disregarded?  Gee thanks - seriously, if I have to call the car service to schedule a ride, I might as well just use Uber or Lyft.

Had no issues with the company before but recently called to check if there were cars and the person was extremely rude and hung up on me. The app itself is confusing and redundant- might as well just call the number and get yelled at instead (if you choose to use this company…)

Big problem with app. I entered destination address, but different address would show up after I click DONE!  I tried more than 10 times.

They have attitude problems. If your a different race then Asian they will stare at you. And sometimes ask you to pay first before they even drive you. Sometimes if you a different race they will not let you in the car and they will tell you to call an Uber. If you complain they will say oh we are busy and then will never pick up. If you use credit card they charge a 25% tax fee charge so beware and they make you give tips

We always ask to have a nonsmoking driver. Tonight’s driver was the worst he stunk so bad. He didn’t get tipped and we will never tip another of your drivers who smoke.

This app is very strange. It starts off like any other car service app where you put your location and your destination and it gives you a quote. All normalcy stops there unfortunately. You then will get a call from a dispatcher who asks you cash or credit (something that you have already answered on the app) and then if you say credit, they tell you that there is automatic charge, credit card fee, and the driver needs to make an imprint of your card. What year is this?  I entered my payment info on the app but the driver needs to see the card physically afterwards.  I still use the service because of the cheaper prices, but it's a pain. The drivers also make you feel like you're inconveniencing them.

Called a trip that was supposed to be $28.00 according to the app.  When I was already on the car, the company called to tell me that the charge was to be $37 plus tip and that they needed me to reprovide my credit card information.

I always use The New Golden Horse taxi service, for all my taxi needs! Especially for airport rides, anytime, anyplace. Forget Uber or Lyft, it’s Golden Horse from now on 👍🏽

Overall experience with them is perfect. Drivers are nice and try their best to find the best way for me.

They get you on time for pick up and thevwait is never to long . Fast and easy drivers to get me to work on time or early ! :) clean cars with no smell . They don’t charge extra if you need to stop for coffee just buy your driver a cup to 🥰😊 thank you for the best cab service in queens and nyc area

I have used their service before and also found the credit card option for payment to be outdated. Why ask for our credit card in the app if you’re going to make an imprint? 

This may be the last time i use their service. The car was 15 mins late taking us to the airport. We hit a lot of traffic and the driver was nice enough to start the credit card transaction. The lady at the office was rude and did not allow us to make the payment until he makes an imprint. How strange?!?! 
She also made a rude comment saying that I wouldn’t be in a rush if I gave myself more time. How about, I wouldn’t be in a rush if you showed up in time?
