My children have big feelings and past trauma that makes it hard to calm down or to sleep. We use the meditations or stories to calm down, or settle a bit during the day. We use the sleep stories almost daily to help them drift off to sleep with GOOD dreams. There are several sleep stories that are extended to play the background music for 8 hours! My children use these to keep the scary thoughts at bay.
