I cannot add my NHCU debit card to my Apple Pay wallet. The app doesn’t have mobile deposit and the cards don’t have tap. Their ATM’s at the branches are down most of the time and they are so old you can barely read the screen. ### 1/5 — Pitiful *2024-01-13, version 4.41.114* Don’t waste your time banking here. There was a time when this was a good place to work with. Now customer service and personal relationships are a thing of the past. Tellers are clueless and the customer help line is worse than that. My email and phone number recently changed, impossible to get anyone who knows how to solve the issue. After trips to my local CU and multiple calls to the help line I still can’t bank online. We finally got the app to work but not the website. When I asked what we needed to do now she said “ I don no, I guess it might start workin tomorrow, at les yo app be working now.” I can’t take anymore.
