This app is a total mess and I think am considering another bank because what the hell as up to now it hasn’t been corrected,

Worst mobile banking app.Does not work for IOS.I visited your Hurligham branch to have it fixed and i was told to keep on trying maybe one day it will work once the IOS version upgrade is done.Just pathetic!

The app does not proceed to phone number verification. Proceed button is inactive… is this app working or not ?

**Developer response:** Hello, kindly update to the latest app versions and ensure mobile data is used for initial login (WiFi can be used for subsequent App access) and also disable VPNs during activation.
