Then I have to go in and answer all the questions again and then it crashes.. again. I would love to know when the bugs get fixed so I can redownload! ### 1/5 — App is so glitchy *2021-11-09, version 4.0.0* Every time I try to type in my email address on the forgot password form, it simply closes and I have to start all over. I’m stuck in a loop here. Also the app just tends to close on me at random times. I have an iPhone 12 this shouldn’t be a problem. Takes less than 5 minutes even after hours. They also created this new coin system that gives you rewards for spending! So awesome! Their laser and injections are my go to. I love all the nurses and the staff is so helpful. They text or email you the forms making it so easy to fill out before your appointment time. Love the aesthetics of the glendale location as well.
