AND the staff are more than willing to teach anyone who needs help with the app. It is easy to register for general usage and then add any additional activity such as swimming and tennis. All you need is your member number which is easy enough to get if you don’t have it. No, it is not the serial number thing on your keytag. I can reserve pool lanes, tennis courts, racquetball and general club usage. This is a piece of cake! I used the number on the back of my card, and it’s telling me “Member account not found.” So now I can’t reserve my time to go workout since they are limiting the amount of people who are allowed in due to COVID-19.
