However, they screw up recharge event & scam players who recharged for it. Why scam? Because whatever recharge rewards at the event was totally changed & given lousy compensation. When players wanted to get refund for unfair recharge, they reject the claims. It’s like when u wanna buy a condominium fully furnished as advertised but after payment, u get an empty flat. Totally disappointed with this game since then. If wanna play this game, my advice is don’t spend any money coz it’s not worth & high chance get scammed again. ### 1/5 — Bad developer who doesn’t own up to its mistakes *2021-03-05, version 2.6.0* The developer put up a good recharge package to entice gamer to recharge only to pull it away claiming a bug. Those who did the recharge was forced to accept a useless recharge package (simply put it nobody would do a recharge for that) without an option for refund. The refund process has been a painful experience with some got the refund while majority still not able to get. ### 1/5 — Cheated by developer on in game recharge *2021-03-04, version 2.6.0* Developer offered a good value recharge in game and after paying for that recharge, developer then claimed that they make a mistake and removed the items relating to that recharge without our permission and then offered us something else that is NOT what we want in the first place !! Developer also removed some items that we already owned and didn’t return it to us !! This is dishonest and cheating !! Imagine paying for a BMW at a good price and then being told that the price was a mistake and replaced it with a Toyota !! ### 1/5 — Lousy developers *2021-03-03, version 2.6.0* The new devs are lousy in their PR. They shortchanged players after making a mistake themselves. The developer claimed they made a mistake then removed all items sold from players. What happened to all the monies paid. REFUND !!! This is thief ### 1/5 — Untrustworthy crooked game company *2021-03-03* When you purchased item, guess what they can issue an apology because they advertise something by mistake. So they take back the item, plus items that could be related to that purchase you got somewhere else and not refund your money... you know you have a crooked person in charge. I’m disputing my purchase through apple and many are doing the same. When they realized something wrong they should have adjusted the mistake right away and not wait a whole day and not honor their advertised mistake. Seems like this was a bait and switch scheme to me. ### 1/5 — False Advertisement. They remove all items purchased and removed existing items and give back compensation which is way lesser valued. ### 1/5 — Developer Swaps Items Bought with $ *2021-03-02* The developer offered a $100 item in their store. One day after purchasing the item, the developer swapped the item with a different item of lesser value. In addition, they also removed items that weren’t purchased as part of the $100. ### 1/5 — Dishonest Developer *2021-03-02, version 2.6.0* In game purchase of $99.99 was fraudulent. Developer granted 150 chests of red treasures (of four different types) as a “single recharge reward.” Next day, developer stated that they made a mistake, withdrew the original rewards and exchanged it to insignificant items, but still took our purchase money. Several hundred players would not have purchase without the original reward. Fraud! They had a bug in the game and many of us recharge usd99. Upon discovering the bug, the developer took away everything including things we had build in the past 2 years. They wrote a note that we should abide to their rules if we want to play the game. We pay money to weaken ourselves in the game. This game developer Qookka is a cheat. You can win or dominate if you have a large amount of friends that willing to spend a lot also (I think you must have minimum 50 big big spends together with you).
