## What is New Satisfaction Logging?

This app is part of the LionRidge suite of apps supporting our MSI (Maximising Strategic Investments) methodology. LR-Sat2 is using during the post-procurement phases of implementation, live running and review to assess the ongoing level of satisfaction with the solution from stakeholders at all levels. Management can use the handy dashboard to look at satisfaction levels across all of the KPIs that have been defined and quickly focus on outliers
