I really appreciate that it takes a bit of work to really get good at it. I love the mini games - would be great to see some more; I'd love to be able to play the bases and maybe catch a few pitches - it might be nice to be able to select the position/s you want to play during a ballgame? Tasks like batting, pitching, fielding, and running have very simple mechanics, which would be fine if it actually took practice to do them well. However, I found each task way too easy. This is a disappointment coming from the same people who produced New Star Soccer, but that’s not a fair comparison. I say that because NSS is probably the best sports simulation in mobile game history. I doubt that it will ever be equaled, so I shouldn’t apply the same standard here. Regardless, plenty of people seem to really like this game, and good for them.
