Poor customer service- and same with the old TENVISTY app lots of camera functions are disable, it’s not reading WiFi and not working - why not just do the updates properly or fix something - I’m now going to get another brand of cameras- that actually WORKS! Also when you try to go on their website - the browsers issue a warning- the website doesn’t support HTTPS- which means all your info can be altered by anyone.
