## What is New Vision Meditations?

Your meditation shouldn't sound like everyone else's. Here, it's built from your answers and spoken in your own voice*.

Free to download. A Pro membership (monthly, yearly, or one-time Lifetime) is required to use the features below.

New Vision Meditations isn't a library of pre-made tracks. Every session begins with you choosing a focus area, answering five reflection questions, and receiving a meditation script assembled from what needs your attention based on your answers. Then you record it, in your voice, and hear it back layered under a complementary frequency sound layer matched to that focus.

ONE FOCUS AT A TIME
Five personal-growth focus areas, each paired with its own sound layer: Understanding Your Patterns, Protecting Your Peace, Releasing What It Cost You, Rebuilding Self-Trust, and Choosing Yourself. No endless feed to scroll. One area of focus, held all the way through.

FIVE QUESTIONS, NO TYPING
The flow is tap-only, five questions designed for honesty, not effort. Your answers shape the language of the meditation, so the words that come back to you are the ones you needed to hear.

YOUR OWN VOICE, YOUR OWN WORDS
Read the script and record it right in the app. Preview it, re-record it, take your time. Something changes when the voice guiding you through people-pleasing, self-betrayal, and old patterns is your own.

A SOUND LAYER MATCHED TO YOUR FOCUS
Each guided meditation is paired with a complementary sound frequency layer matched to its focus, with gentle fades in and out. Play it with the screen locked using standard lock-screen controls: eyes closed, phone down.

A LIBRARY THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Every meditation saves to your personal library, organized by focus area. Over weeks and months it becomes a record of the work, your voice at each stage of it, ready to return to whenever you need it.

PERSONALIZED MOMENTS
A reflection before you record. A closing reflection the first time you complete a meditation. Small ceremonies that make the practice feel like it matters, because it does.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You're breaking cycles of people-pleasing. You're rebuilding trust in your own judgment. You're ready to bring awareness to old patterns keeping you stuck. You're tired of generic relaxation audio that doesn't touch what you're truly carrying. You want a practice that meets you where you are instead of talking past you.
