No signs of this being fixed despite reporting it multiple times for over a year. That includes this new Club+ release and after fully deleting old app and data to reset it. ### 1/5 — Disappointed - App update broke rewards / Customer service is hard to reach *2026-05-25, version 5.0.3* I completed a 2-week new world dollar mission, but the bonus dollars never arrived. This always used to be instant before your recent app updates. Now, support is ignoring my emails, and the phone line is unreachable. Your software development issues shouldn't be a burden for loyal users. It stops showing more products doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the list. Have to use the website for browsing products. Old password not accepted and have tried several times to reset password on both the old and new Apps but doesn’t accept it. Doesn’t store your password (and your password has to be minimum 12 characters - more than nearly every banking app in the world…which, this is not). Another poorly designed app, horrible rewards and terrible customer experience but still being forced to join to even place an order. This launch is an absolute disaster! Signing up to an account is impossible, receive my code, put in my new password, untick communications box, then I go to submit it and I get "something went wrong" ALL DAMN DAY! I'm just trying to order my groceries! No one at your call centre can help and it's not like I can use my old login can I?....... Why touch something that was working fine? but more to the point, why prevent paying customers from shopping at your business!? The worst part is foodstuffs was aware of the issues a month before but still proceeded to launch it without fixing it! You had a golden opportunity to be better than Woolworths and you could even work that out! It’s ridiculous they want your full name, email address, phone number, email verification, complex passwords plus PIN numbers just to use a SHOPPING APP!
