I turned the app on with a minute until midnight and was immediately taken to an ad. The ad lasted so long that we missed the countdown altogether. I chose this one, which was a mistake, I opened it up and it immediately started blaring “wish you a merry Christmas “ and had a countdown for our time zone. I tried to go to settings to see if I could change the time zone to reflect our sons time, not ours, and was greeted with pop up ad after pop up ad. I immediately closed the app and deleted. I’m ok with ad banners or a pop up ad here and there to support the developers, but this was over the top. Not worth it, it’s strictly an app made to maximize profit with no regard for user enjoyment. ### 3/5 — Too many ads *2022-12-31* Way too many ads ### 1/5 — Why the ads!!! *2022-12-27* Get rid of the ads. There was also the extra selling of of other products that would come up several times also. In the final minutes of 2021, adds would not go away so I had to use the iPhone clock to do the countdown. To add insult to injury, I’m a bartender and had downloaded the app for the sole purpose of being able to do the countdown for my patrons. I mean, I’ve only been using it for about an hour, and I love all the cool features and music and stuff. My only problem is that there are TOO MUCH ADS! LIKE LITERALLY! IF I CLICK ON ONE THING THEN BOOM ITS AN AD! CLICK SOMETHING ELSE AND BOOM ANOTHER AD. THEN ANOTHER. AND THEN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN!!! I CANT TAKE IT!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!
