It has become clear that the move to an arena wide premium pricing model is in effect. The pressure to purchase in increased exponentially by the worry that the next round may not offer affordable options. This lack of ANY reasonable amount of pricing information is discouraging. And damaging to this relationship. Ongoing it will simply sit with us, and is irreparable. This lack of transparency is beyond disappointing. It is a rejection of our collective efforts and loyalty. We deserve transparency, and a full and transparent look from the beginning, what pricing options we might be able to plan ahead for, to budget for. To plan for seating near friends and long time section mates and row mates. All of this, and any option to see ahead where we might plan for, has passed. It puts a permanent dent in the relationship, and will not be forgotten when the club needs us to be there for it in the future. At present, we are being treated as common shoppers who have no relationship to the product. And the process is weighted 100% in favor of the club. The club has redefined its relationship with us. Sad to see. We deserved a full menu of pricing, UP FRONT, and received not only crickets, but inability to see real, lengthy, legally binding contracts ahead of time. We understand the marketplace. But the marketplace also affords information needed to make decisions. We have not received this courtesy. This process has been a slap in the face. If they win there is no let’s go or good job it just says the score and then final. It seems like I can access my tickets okay. But the way certain things open up, such as shop and account log in, seem like it’s something else opening up within the app; not seamlessly integrated. Plus, the account log in won’t remember your username and password when you tell it to, and it doesn’t work with fingerprint or Face ID. The live updates are nonexistent and don’t happen. I got nothing the entire game. ### 4/5 — This app needs some serious updating! *2019-10-24, version 1.2.7* While the team info and schedule are pretty much on the mark, I had major trouble getting my ticket downloaded to my Apple Wallet, and encountered problems transferring my other ticket to my brother’s phone. He never got his ticket even though I sent him an e-mail as well as via the phone. I was only able to get into last night’s playoff game because there was a display ticket tag. And it was fortunate I had ordered extra tickets by accident since my original ticket was removed from my phone when I transferred it to my brother. If not for that, he never would have able to get into the stadium. Please update this app so we don’t have these problems again! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doom Loops *2025-03-08, version 2.2.0* I try to access my tickets and I am signed in, then it asks me to sign in again. When I sign in again, it puts me back to the main screen. Start all over again. I tried cancelling my ticket listing and same thing. I tried exchanging tickets and same thing. Every time i get a ticket transfer I have to uninstall the app just to have the tickets show up on my phone. There is no printing options anywhere so we are forced to use this useless app or go through the extra hassle of having to go to the box office. So disappointing and I wish the team would do something about this. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work right *2019-03-26, version 1.2.6* In theory, this app should make it much easier to exchange / add tickets to my account. In reality, it’s been nothing more than a headache. My attempts in finding seats in any section near mine has been futile and a huge waste of time refreshing. I didn’t purchase season tickets to have to move to the opposite side of the field whenever I want to trade in tickets and bring someone to a different game.
