This app does provide the cplr but I found it to be lacking.  For example I searched cplr 2001 and it came up with no results. Not a bad app for .99 cents but if I had known better I wouldn't have paid the $6.

Useful if you're a New York civil litigator. Beats lugging the paper CPLR into court! This is a stable app; bug-free so far. It would be great if the NYCCCA was included as well.
