I have to scroll through every month to go back to my birthdate? I enter info and save and when I edit my profile the info has to be entered again. Why require this to get tickets when we already need the Ticketmaster app? Do you think we want extra apps on our phones for the hell of it? Whoever is in your app development dept needs to fmakecsure the app is useful before pushing h it on your customers. Really really bad customer service, because this app is horrible. Tried using the Ticketmaster password it just linked, and no dice, doesn’t work. I have an account, just can’t get into it.
